Welcome to okada5. By accessing, registering an account, or using any gaming services provided by okada5 (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement"). 1. Definitions and Interpretation

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed below:

• "okada5," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the entity operating the Platform under PAGCOR licensing.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers an account or uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account created by you to access okada5 services.
• "Services" refers to all gaming products, features, and functionalities provided through the Platform, including casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, slots, bingo, poker, and promotional offers.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of funds from your payment method to your okada5 Account balance.
• "Withdrawal" means any transfer of funds from your okada5 Account balance to your designated payment method.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions

The Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines and other jurisdictions where online gambling is legal and regulated. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of okada5 complies with applicable local, state, or national laws. okada5 does not accept players from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited, including but not limited to the United States, Australia, France, and other restricted territories as updated from time to time.

2.3 Account Creation

To use okada5 Services, you must create an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and physical address. You may only register one (1) Account per person, household, IP address, and payment method. Multiple or duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in termination of all accounts and confiscation of funds.

2.4 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify okada5 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. okada5 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials or from any authorized or unauthorized use of your Account.

2.5 Identity Verification (KYC)

okada5 is required to verify the identity of all players in accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations. You agree to provide valid government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership upon request. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe specified by okada5 may result in Account suspension, deposit and withdrawal restrictions, and forfeiture of bonuses.

3. Deposits and Payment Methods

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

okada5 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, bank transfers from major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank, InstaPay, PESONet, and 7-Eleven cash deposits. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the Platform and may vary by payment method.

3.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are typically processed instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. okada5 does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may impose transaction charges. You are responsible for any fees imposed by third-party payment processors.

3.3 Source of Funds

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your okada5 Account are derived from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any illegal activity. okada5 reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the source of your funds and may suspend your Account pending receipt and verification of such documentation.

3.4 Third-Party Payments

You may only deposit funds using a payment method registered in your own legal name. Deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts (unless you are a named account holder), or anonymous payment methods are strictly prohibited. Violation of this provision may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of deposits and winnings.

4. Withdrawals and Payouts

4.1 Withdrawal Requests

You may request a withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to completion of identity verification, fulfillment of bonus wagering requirements, and compliance with these Terms. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit unless otherwise approved by okada5 for security or operational reasons.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

okada5 endeavors to process withdrawal requests within ten (10) minutes for GCash and Maya withdrawals, and within twenty-four (24) hours for bank transfers. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume, due diligence reviews, or system maintenance. okada5 reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawals pending completion of additional verification or investigation of suspicious activity.

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

Minimum withdrawal amounts are PHP 200 for e-wallet withdrawals and PHP 500 for bank transfers. Maximum withdrawal limits are displayed in your Account dashboard and may vary based on your player tier, verification status, and payment method. Higher limits may be available to VIP members.

4.4 Withdrawal Fees

okada5 does not charge withdrawal fees for the first two (2) withdrawals per calendar month. Subsequent withdrawals within the same month may incur a processing fee of 2% of the withdrawal amount or PHP 50, whichever is greater. Your payment provider may impose additional charges.

4.5 Unclaimed Balances

If your Account remains inactive (no login or gaming activity) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months, okada5 reserves the right to charge a monthly dormancy fee of PHP 100 or 5% of your remaining Account balance, whichever is less, until your balance is depleted or your Account is reactivated. You will be notified via email at least thirty (30) days before any dormancy fee is applied.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.1 Promotional Offers

okada5 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. Bonus terms are displayed on the relevant promotion page and in your Account dashboard.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (and, in some cases, the deposit amount) on eligible games. For example, a PHP 1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires you to place PHP 30,000 in total wagers before the bonus and any associated winnings become withdrawable.

5.3 Game Contributions

Different games contribute differently toward bonus wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat) may contribute 10% to 20%, and certain games may be excluded entirely. Game contributions are specified in the bonus terms.

5.4 Maximum Bet Limits

While playing with bonus funds, you must not exceed the maximum bet limit specified in the bonus terms, typically PHP 50 per spin or hand. Exceeding the maximum bet limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

5.5 Bonus Abuse

okada5 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and terminate Accounts if we determine that you have engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, collusion, wagering on low-risk outcomes, or exploiting software errors. Promotional offers are intended for recreational players only and may not be used for commercial or professional gambling purposes.

6. Gaming Rules and Conduct

6.1 Game Outcomes

All games on the okada5 Platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RNGs are regularly tested and certified by independent third-party auditors, including iTech Labs and Gaming Laboratories International (GLI). Game outcomes are final and binding.

6.2 Player Conduct

You agree to use the Platform in a lawful and respectful manner. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• Using the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in fraudulent or deceptive behavior.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or manipulate gameplay.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in abusive, harassing, or threatening behavior toward other players or okada5 staff.

Violation of this section may result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

6.3 Disconnections and Technical Issues

In the event of a disconnection or technical issue during gameplay, okada5 will attempt to restore your session and preserve the state of your game. If restoration is not possible, the outcome of the game will be determined based on the game server's records. okada5 shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from technical issues beyond our reasonable control.

7. Sports Betting Specific Terms

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All sports bets are subject to acceptance by okada5. okada5 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at our sole discretion. Once a bet is confirmed and appears in your Account history, it is considered final and may not be canceled or amended.

7.2 Settlement of Bets

Sports bets are settled based on the official results of the relevant sporting event as determined by the governing sports body. If an event is canceled, postponed, or abandoned, bets may be voided or settled in accordance with the specific sport's betting rules as published on the Platform.

7.3 Errors and Obvious Mistakes

If okada5 determines that a bet was accepted due to an obvious error in odds, event details, or other material information, okada5 reserves the right to void the bet and refund your stake. Obvious errors include, but are not limited to, incorrect odds (e.g., decimal odds of 1.01 offered on a clear favorite), incorrect event start times, or duplicate events.

8. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

8.1 Commitment to Responsible Gaming

okada5 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe gaming environment. We encourage players to gamble responsibly and within their financial means. Gambling should be a form of entertainment, not a source of income.

8.2 Deposit Limits

You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account to help manage your gambling activity. Deposit limits can be adjusted at any time, though increases to limits may be subject to a cooling-off period of 24 hours.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

If you feel that your gambling is becoming problematic, you may request self-exclusion from the Platform for a period of six (6) months, one (1) year, or permanently. During the self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your Account, and okada5 will take reasonable steps to prevent you from opening new accounts. 9. Intellectual Property

All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property displayed on the okada5 Platform are the exclusive property of okada5 or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on any content from the Platform without prior written consent from okada5.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, okada5 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of deposits you have made in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless okada5, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

12.1 Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

12.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact okada5 customer support to attempt an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, you may submit a formal complaint to okada5 management. If a resolution is still not reached, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR for mediation or arbitration in accordance with PAGCOR regulations.

13. Amendments to Terms

okada5 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform, and the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

14. Account Termination

14.1 Termination by Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance in accordance with the withdrawal procedures outlined in Section 4. okada5 may require completion of identity verification before processing final withdrawals.

14.2 Termination by okada5

okada5 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately and without notice if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false information, or otherwise acted in a manner that is detrimental to the Platform or other players. In the event of termination for cause, okada5 may forfeit any remaining Account balance and void any pending bets or bonuses.

15. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the Agreement, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy and any other terms referenced herein, constitutes the entire agreement between you and okada5 regarding your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
